I’m Pulling my Hair Out!! Stress Busters for you-didn’t you know it would be a piece of cake working in a school system? From students, to coworkers, to parents, to admin…we’ve all had times where we are ready to pull our hair out! Come learn how to give yourself a break and practice self care. If we are expecting our students to learn how to manage their stress, then why aren’t we? (sometimes we are lousy role models, even in the classroom!) We will explore current stressors we are under, and identify ways to combat that stress so ultimately we can keep doing what we love to do. We are better both professionally and personally when that happens afterall!  Some Stress Busters we explore can be used with your students as well!
